The most insane deal i have ever seen. Again, the analysts and their hype somehow got to a company like Ebay that survived the bubble years. 4 billion $ for a 20-30 m $ a year company? insanity. Granted, a way for customers to contact sellers might pickup the slowdowns of Ebay this year. However, with 4 billion $ in a very short time you can develop a 100 skypes and their technology is not new just used cleverly over a p2p network. I do believe Ebay business can take off quickly with using skype technology, but the question is, will Ebay survive this madness?
